CSI Ingenieros S.A. (“CSI”) is the owner of this website and will only collect information containing personal data from users who give their consent to do so. In other words, it collects, stores and processes the data provided by the user when accessing or using the website.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18.331 of August 11, 2008 and Decree No. 414/009 of August 21, 2009, as amended and concordant, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter “LPDP”), the processing of personal data carried out on the website is governed by the following provisions:

1. Purpose

The personal data collected will be used for the purpose of providing a better service and facilitating the use of the website.

In the processing of personal data, an adequate level of protection will be guaranteed. The necessary security measures will also be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access by third parties who may use them for purposes other than or incompatible with those for which they have been requested from the owner. No communication of the data in the Database is authorized, except for the exceptions established in the LPDP.

2. Contact and web form

The “Contact” page was conceived as a user service mailbox and its purpose is to facilitate communications and information exchange, as well as to provide different services to the user. The data collected through this page will be kept for the purpose of receiving and answering queries.

The personal data of users who register on the Web site through forms established for that purpose, will be used for the purposes indicated in each of them.

3. Communication of personal data

The personal data collected may be communicated to Public Entities or third parties, solely and exclusively, when the achievement of the purpose pursued by the user so requires, or with his consent or when a law so provides.

4. Exercise of Rights

The user may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, inclusion and suppression, granted by Law No. 18331, its amendments and concordant provisions, before CSI, by means of a written communication to: Soriano 1180, Montevideo, Uruguay.

6. Cookies

CSI may use cookies when the user browses the website, but the user may configure his/her browser to be notified of the reception of cookies and prevent them from being installed on the hard disk if he/she considers it appropriate.

7. Links

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the CSI website and does not extend to cases of access to it through external links, nor to links from this site to other websites.

8. Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be altered if the company, by its sole will, decides to do so by notifying users of the change by updating it.

9. Security Measures

The company has implemented all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing the data. This includes physical security measures and potential access only by employees or subcontractors who need to access the data for work or contractual reasons, who will be subject to confidentiality clauses.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This Policy is governed in all its clauses and without exception by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

Any controversy arising from this document regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.
