CSI Ingenieros S.A. (“CSI”) is the owner of this website, and will only collect information containing personal data only from visitors who have granted their permission. That is, it collects, stores and processes the data that the user makes available when accessing or using the website.
Pursuant to Law N° 18,331, of August, 11th, 2008, and Decree N° 414/009, of August, 21st, 2009, and all related sections and amendments, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as “LPDP”), personal data processing conducted in this website is governed by the following provisions:
Personal data collected will be used for the purposes of providing a better service, and to facilitate the use of this website.
In processing of personal data, an adequate level of protection will be guaranteed. Likewise, all necessary security measures will be taken in order to protect it against alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access by third parties who may use it for purposes different from, or non-compatible with the ones for which they were originally collected. Disclosure of the data in the Database is not authorized, but for the exceptions established in the LPDP.
2. Contact and web form
The “Contact” page was conceived as a user support mailbox, and aims at facilitating the communication and exchange of information, as well as to provide the user with different services. Data collected through this page, is stored in order to receive and answer questions.
Personal data of the users that register in the website, through the forms established to this end, will be used for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated in each one of them.
Personal data collected may be disclosed to Public Entities or to third parties, only and exclusively, when necessary in order to meet user's goals, with their permission, or when required by law.
4. Exercise of Rights
The user shall, at all times, be able to exercise their access, rectification, update, inclusion and deletion rights, as granted by Law Nº 18,331, and all related sections and amendments, by sending a written notification to CSI: Soriano 1180, Montevideo, Uruguay.
9. Security Measures
The company has implemented all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing data. This includes physical security measures and potential access granted only to employees or subcontractors who may need to access data for work related or contractual reasons. They will be subject to confidentiality clauses.
10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Any clause in this Policy, with no exception whatsoever, is governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
Any controversy arising from this document regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfillment, shall be submitted for arbitration to the Courts in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.
