The study consisted in the preparation and coordination of the Operational Environmental Management Plan for its submittal to the environmental agency for the granting of the environmental operational license. This plan will provide the prevention, control, minimization and/or compensation mechanisms of the potential environmental impacts caused by the plant operation. In addition, it will allow the implementation of an environmental performance integrated management system.
