Supervision and Construction Management of the Expansion of the Rosarito I Wastewater Treatment Plant (1st Stage) in the Municipality of Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico

The main objectives of Supervision consist in the review of the Final Plan Set, works supervision and quality control, follow up and physical and financial control of works, supervision of working and capacity tests, and the starting up and operation of the plant for 3 months, as well as the generation of reports and client support regarding communication and management before those parties interacting with the execution of works.
