The works carried out comprise the stages of design supervision, construction, and handover of works. Design supervision, Supervision of execution, completion time, and quality of works, Physical and financial control of works, Control of the works schedule, Preparation of daily and bimonthly progress reports, Supporting CONADES regarding management and communication before the different parties associated with the execution of works, Inspection of compliance with the environmental mitigation measures stemming from the Project´s Environmental Impact Assessment, Inspection of compliance with the legal provisions regarding industrial and occupational safety of Project works, Revision and signing of requests of additional time and costs, and Conclusion of works: Completion of the final acceptance record at project handover.
