CSI participated in the Uruguay Sustainable Expo 2026, an event organized by the Ministry of the Environment that brings together organizations, companies, institutions, and the public to discuss the challenges and opportunities of sustainable development.
Over the course of four days, our team had the opportunity to share experiences, forge new connections, and participate in various exchange activities alongside stakeholders committed to building a more sustainable future for the country.
In addition to having a booth, we participated in a technical presentation on the management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), a key issue for moving toward circular economy models and promoting responsible waste management.
The presentation provided an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences regarding the challenges associated with treating this type of waste and to highlight the importance of implementing solutions that help reduce its environmental impact, promote material recovery, and strengthen sustainable practices.
The Sustainable Uruguay Expo once again established itself as a forum for meeting and dialogue to advance initiatives that contribute to the country’s environmental, social, and economic development, while fostering collaboration among different sectors of society.
We at CSI would like to thank everyone who visited our booth, participated in the activities, and shared their perspectives on the challenges we face as a society. We would also like to extend special recognition to the Ministry of the Environment for organizing this event, which promotes the exchange of ideas, the formation of partnerships, and the collective development of solutions for a more sustainable future.
We continue to work on developing projects and solutions that combine innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, convinced that engineering plays a fundamental role in building a more resilient future for future generations.
