In a strategic step towards the internationalization of Uruguayan talent, CSI Global and the U.S. firm HFW Companies officially presented ALLOi Global, a new binational company focused on exporting engineering and architectural services from Uruguay to the U.S. market.

The signing of the creation agreement took place at CSI offices and was attended by the President of the Republic, Yamandú Orsi, and the U.S. Ambassador to Uruguay, Lou Rinaldi, together with authorities and representatives of both organizations.

A strategic alliance to enhance capabilities

ALLOi is the result of the strategic integration between CSI Global and HFW Companies (HFW), combining technical expertise, international vision and operational capacity to address highly complex projects in the United States.

Based in Uruguay, the new firm plans to generate employment for hundreds of Uruguayan engineers and architects, strengthening bilateral collaboration in high value-added professional services and consolidating the country as an exporter of specialized technical talent.

The name ALLOi refers to the concept of alloy in engineering, a material that results from the combination of two or more elements to create one that is stronger, more resilient and efficient than its separate components. Under this logic, the brand represents the strategic merger between CSI and HFW, integrating capabilities and experience in a joint proposal with its own identity and contemporary approach.

A milestone in CSI’s international projection

Representing HFW Companies were Michael Hein, CEO; Matthew Westphal, Chief Growth Officer; and Daniel Forgusen, Chief Financial Officer, who are in Uruguay as part of this strategic launching and joint work.

The creation of ALLOi is a significant step in the integration of technical capabilities between Uruguay and the US., expanding the participation of Uruguayan professionals in engineering and architectural projects in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
