This week, part of the CSI team, Sebastián Sayas, MBA, DGO and Juan Lezama, had the opportunity to visit the ENERTRAG Verbundkraftwerk® in Uckermark and Dauerthal (Germany) together with the AHK Uruguay – Uruguayan-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This innovative complex integrates wind, solar, biogas and green hydrogen generation with BESS-type storage and energy distribution, all coordinated from an intelligent control center located in state-of-the-art buildings.

It was an enriching experience to learn first-hand how to manage flexible, interconnected and sustainable energy systems.

We took away key learnings on integrated operation, smart storage and efficient coordination that inspire us for future energy projects in the Americas.
