We managed the Boulevard Punta Carretas project

CSI took on the management of a project with a transforming vision: to turn a functional space into a new meeting point for the city.

We are proud to announce that we are in charge of the integral management of the Boulevard Punta Carretas project, an initiative of high urban impact that proposes to redefine the commercial and social experience in one of the most emblematic points of Montevideo.

This project seeks to transform an area that is currently functional into an open, dynamic space aligned with the new ways of living in the city, integrating nature, gastronomy, culture and retail in a contemporary proposal.

What will the new Boulevard have?

  • Outdoor areas designed for urban enjoyment
  • Gastronomic experiences with national and international references.
  • Retail brands landing for the first time in Uruguay

The development will be implemented in two stages and the architectural design is by the prestigious firm Danza-Cotignola-Staricco Arquitectos, with an innovative proposal that combines functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.

“This project excites us because of its scale and the opportunity to accompany an urban change that dialogues with the new demands of citizens.”

We thank the Punta Carretas Shopping team for trusting CSI to accompany them in this process.
