We carried out the Civil Engineering services for the Blackhawk urban development, located in Hutto, Texas, on a site of approximately 162 hectares. Our work included the design of the sanitary sewer system, stormwater drainage, water supply, and the planning of streets and intersections.

We analyzed the feasibility of the project proposed by the client in terms of street geometry, grading, and urban infrastructure. We performed the survey of the site and existing structures, as well as the corresponding demolition plans.

We defined a proposal for the lot dimensions and setbacks for residential parcels, as well as for the widths of streets and intersections. We developed preliminary designs for the stormwater, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems, including the connections to existing networks, and prepared the plans for the hydraulic features derived from the hydrologic impact studies.

This project reaffirmed our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions for large-scale urban developments, tailored to the specific needs of each client and aligned with the technical standards and regulatory requirements of the United States.
