We have been a fundamental part of Nuevo Laredo’s Integral Water, Sewage and Sanitation Project. This project focuses on the rehabilitation and expansion of the service infrastructure for the next 20 years. Within this framework, we carried out the disconnection of the drainage network to rainwater collectors, which included the construction and rehabilitation of collectors and subcollectors.

The project was divided into two phases, comprising 14 works with a total of 21,966 meters of pipeline, with diameters ranging from 20 to 76 centimeters.

Our Role in the Project

Our main objective was to ensure that the construction contracts were executed as stipulated, meeting the quality standards expected by the Comisión Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Nuevo Laredo (COMAPA) and the North American Development Bank (NADB). We ensured that the works were completed on time and on budget.

Our main tasks included:

• Project review and rethinking: We analyze existing projects and make the necessary adjustments on site.
• Supervision and quality control: We supervised the execution of the works, ensuring that quality standards were met.
• Executive projects: We developed the executive projects that arose from modifications to the original design.
• Follow-up and control: We carry out a detailed physical and financial follow-up of the works.
• Reporting: We generate weekly and monthly reports for COMAPA and NADB.
• Management support: We provide COMAPA with support in communication and coordination with the different actors involved in the project.

The success of this project highlights our ability to manage large-scale urban infrastructure projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
