For OSE, we worked on the expansion of the Laguna del Cisne Water Treatment Plant in Canelones, Uruguay.

The project included the construction of several new components:

• Flocculator and decanter module with a capacity of 600 m³/h.
• Multimedia filters with a self-cleaning system for a flow rate of 1200 m³/h.
• Filtered water tank of 1000 m³.
• Internal distribution pipelines, a suction line and 2.3 km of impulsion line.
• A sludge treatment system.

Control chambers, metallic structures and pipe anchor blocks were also built.

In addition, we advise the construction management during the execution of the project and accompany the commissioning of the entire system.

As a result of our work, we deliver the construction and detail drawings, technical specifications, memories, construction calculations and reinforcement exploded views.

The expansion of this water treatment plant increased water production capacity in the region. This improved the supply and quality of water for the population.
