We carried out the preparation and delivery of all the necessary documentation for the bidding and construction of the New Chlorine Plant in the Industrial Park of Pando, Canelones, Uruguay. We prepared construction plans, specifications and technical reports, calculations and lists of materials, and also provided advice to the client to define the call for bids, evaluate the proposals and support negotiations and contracting.
We carried out the detailed designs of architecture, structure, infrastructure (pavements and drainage), as well as the lighting, sanitary and HVAC installations. We designed the medium voltage substation and the Connection and Metering Post, managing its processing before UTE.
We also prepare the documentation and manage the approval of the construction permits before the Intendencia de Canelones. We draft the contracting documents, carry out the call for prices, evaluate the bids and recommend the awarding of the contract.
During the execution stage, we physically and financially monitored the works, controlled quality, coordinated tasks between contractors and subcontractors, and held weekly meetings with the main contractor to ensure compliance with the schedule.
This project strengthens the country’s industrial infrastructure, boosting local production and guaranteeing quality, safety and sustainability standards that contribute to the region’s development.
