We actively participated in the preparation of the executive project for the emergency work of the San José river diversion to the Santa Lucía river, a key intervention for the supply of drinking water that implied an enormous technical and logistical challenge.

With an execution period of only 30 days, we developed a construction project in record time, in permanent coordination with OSE and the contractors. This work dynamic required us to design in parallel to the execution of the work, constantly adapting the solutions to the availability of equipment, materials and site conditions.

The complexity of the context led us to work side by side with the technicians of the construction companies, integrating their contributions and adjusting the project to each new challenge that arose. It was essential to maintain a flexible, agile and decisive vision, without losing technical rigor.

In alliance with Seinco, we formed a highly qualified multidisciplinary team, capable of responding quickly and accurately. The experience was extremely enriching and showed the synergy between consulting companies, construction companies and OSE, where each party was committed to the maximum to achieve the common goal.
