We were hired to supervise a project that sought to increase the raw water pumping, reserve and conduction capacity in Santiago Cabecera, Canto del Llano and Atalaya Cabecera. To cover the water demand of the population.

Our main task was to supervise the works, from design to final delivery. This included:

• Design Oversight: We ensured that the plans complied with the requirements.
• Execution and quality: We supervised the work so that it was done on time and with the expected quality.
• Cost and schedule control: We control the physical and financial progress and review the schedule.
• Reports: We generate daily and biweekly progress reports.
• Client support: We help the client, CONADES, communicate with all stakeholders.
• Environmental and safety compliance: We inspect compliance with environmental and industrial safety measures. We also review requests for changes in time and costs.

Our supervision ensured an efficient and safe water supply project. This improved access to water for the population and ensured reliable infrastructure.
