We participated as Controller and Managers in the expansion works of the Gran Parque Central Stadium, with the purpose of turning it into a FIFA Stadium. The project was financed through a trust managed by BROU, which made the disbursements according to the progress of the work.

In this role, we prepare the necessary documentation for price calls, analyze the bids submitted and advise on the drafting of construction contracts, also supporting commercial negotiations. We verify the correct application of the funds disbursed through the analysis of the supporting documentation and the certification of the physical progress of the work in relation to the Executive Project and the Work Schedule.

We follow up the construction, ensuring compliance with the Construction Plan, the Technical and Contractual Specifications, and monitor the Supply and Equipment Plan to detect potential delays. We coordinate the tasks between designers, suppliers and contractors, supervise the work, ensure quality and manage safety at all times.

As part of our work, we prepared monthly progress reports, providing clear and timely information for decision making and contributing to the efficient and safe development of the project, in line with the standards required by FIFA.
