We were commissioned by TEYMA S.A., the company that won the public tender as part of a joint venture, to carry out the structural engineering for the new foundations that would allow the line to resume operation under safe and reliable conditions.
Our work involved the comprehensive design of reinforced concrete foundations of the independent footing type with inclined shafts for five new towers: BON-YOU T078, T079, T080, T081, and T081A. The engineering was carried out taking into account the complex geotechnical conditions of the site, associated with its proximity to the reservoir, and applying the calculation methods required by UTE, including Sulzberger and CIGRE 22-06.
We provided the complete structural engineering for the foundations of the five towers, including:
Through this project, we are contributing to the restoration of infrastructure that is essential to the country’s electric transmission system. Our engineering expertise enabled us to develop solutions tailored to a highly complex geotechnical environment, ensuring the constructability of the new structures and contributing to the reliability and continuity of the UTE grid’s electricity supply.
