We were contracted by CIEMSA for the expansion of a beverage concentrates plant in the Colonia Free Trade Zone, carrying out the detailed design of all piping.

We designed the laying of more than 1,500 meters of piping for various plant systems:

• Product piping.
• CIP (Cleaning in place).
• Compressed air.
• Nitrogen.
• Cooling water.
• Raw and treated water.
• Vacuum line.

In addition to the specifications and bill of materials, we created a 3D model of the expansion. This model showed the piping layout, valves and necessary equipment. We also created isometric drawings and support drawings for each line.

Detailed planning of the pipeline network ensured an efficient plant expansion. This allowed precise integration of the new systems with the existing infrastructure.
