Our work consisted in the detailed design and preparation of the technical requirements for the logistic use areas of the zone.

Tasks we perform

The project included the design of all the necessary services for the plots that the ANP will tender to private operators. To achieve this, we reviewed the background of the port’s master plan and conducted site inspections and surveys. We conducted complementary soil studies for the road project and the services to be installed.

We prepare geometric design, earthworks and paving projects, as well as water, sewage and drainage projects. We also take care of electrical power, lighting, telephony, data and fire protection installation projects.

As part of the scope of work, we made the estimation of measurements, a reference budget and the technical specifications for the execution of the works. In addition, we conducted the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and a territorial study. Finally, we managed the corresponding authorizations before the public agencies.

Project impact

The detailed planning of this infrastructure laid the groundwork for the development of a modern logistics port. This will enable the ANP to tender prepared plots of land, attracting investment and improving the efficiency of trade in the region.
