We designed the first aerial cable transport system in San Salvador

An innovative project that seeks to transform urban mobility in El Salvador, integrating communities through a sustainable and efficient solution.

At CSI we develop projects that have a positive impact on urban life. This time, we are part of an initiative that will mark a before and after in the mobility of San Salvador: the design of the first aerial cable transport system in the country.

This new mobility system was conceived as a sustainable, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solution to connect communities historically disconnected from the urban fabric. It thus contributes to a more equitable, modern and environmentally friendly mobility.

The design of this system involved facing multiple technical and urban challenges, including: integration with existing infrastructure, analysis of the topographic relief and projection of future demand, all with a focus on accessibility and social inclusion.

At CSI, we are proud to be part of this transformation. We apply our engineering expertise to co-create solutions that drive the development of cities and improve the quality of life of their inhabitants.
