We carried out the development of the conceptual phase, design, and final detailed design of a large-scale project, covering from the initial stage through technical support during bidding and construction.

Our scope included overall design across multiple disciplines: architecture, structural engineering, plumbing systems, sanitation, stormwater management, gas, HVAC, BIM modeling, fire protection, earthworks, and roadway design. In addition, we managed permit acquisition and prepared the validation report, the conceptual design, the design development, and the detailed design.

This work allowed us to efficiently integrate multiple disciplines, ensuring a coordinated and high-quality design. Thanks to a comprehensive approach and the coordination of a multidisciplinary team, we optimized schedules, reduced construction risks, and ensured that the project met the highest technical, functional, and regulatory standards.
