CSI was hired for the relocation project of the Nestlé plant in Montevideo. For the new location in Parque Zona Este, in Canelones, we carried out the detailed architectural, structural and infrastructure designs. The project included storage, process, maintenance, offices, laboratories and support areas. We also designed an access control system for people and vehicles.

The project focused on the creation of detailed designs for the new plant.

• Detailed designs: We take care of the architectural, structural, infrastructure (pavements, drainage) and fire system designs.
• Documentation: We prepare and deliver all the necessary documentation for construction and bidding, including plans, technical specifications, memories and lists of materials.
• Procedures: We prepare the graphics and manage the processing and approval of construction permits before the Intendencia de Canelones.

Detailed planning of the new plant facilitated the relocation of Nestlé’s operations. This ensured a smooth transition and the construction of a modern infrastructure.
