We developed the design and structural calculation of the civil works for a grain silage plant.

What our work covered

We designed the structure for various plant components, including:

• Foundations: We take care of the foundations of the silos (flat and elevated), the dryer, the cleaning machine, the support towers for the conveyor belts and the receiving shed.
• Tunnels and shafts: We designed the central elevator shaft and the tunnels for the conveyors.
• Receiving hopper: We design the hopper with its tipping platform.
• Buildings: We also designed the buildings for the offices, dining room, locker rooms and laboratory.

Scope of the project

We prepared the documents for the construction, which included:

• Drawings: Construction and detail drawings of the civil works.
• Documentation: Technical memorandums, lists of materials and construction calculations.

Detailed planning of the plant structure ensured the safety and functionality of the infrastructure. This allowed the construction of an efficient and reliable silage plant.
