Our main objective in this consultancy was to ensure that the construction contracts were executed according to specifications. We focused on meeting the quality, deadlines and budget agreed with the client, CONADES, and the IDB.

Our activities focused on several key areas:

• Review and stakeout: We review the projects and carry out the stakeout on site.
• Supervision and quality: We supervise the works and control the quality of the execution.
• Change management: We carry out executive projects for modifications that arise during the work.
• Physical and financial control: We monitored the physical and financial progress of the works.
• Communication: We generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for the client and support CONADES in communicating with all parties involved in the project.

Our supervision ensured the correct execution of the work, meeting the high quality standards and deadlines. This ensured an efficient investment and a successful delivery.
