We were contracted to manage a new pulp mill that produces 1.3 million tons of pulp per year. The plant was designed and built with the best available technology, meeting international standards.

We are involved in several key areas of the plant:

• Main infrastructure: the wood yard, the storage building, the turbogenerators and the cooling towers.
• Services and control: water intake, outfall, firefighting system and stormwater ponds.
• Buildings: the maintenance shop, the control and visitors building, and the access and customs buildings.
• Roofed area: we supervised a total of 14,000 m², distributed among the turbine building, the workshop and the control building.

We ensured that the plant was commissioned on schedule and with the quality standards required by the client. We supervised the civil works and electromechanical assembly, procurement, occupational safety and environmental management.

This project allowed us to manage the construction of a high-tech pulp mill. We ensured quality and compliance with deadlines in a large-scale project.
