We managed Phase 1 of the Cipriani Ocean Resort & Residences Punta del Este Project.

CSI was hired to provide project and construction management services for Phase 1 of the Cipriani Ocean Resort & Residences Punta del Este, a luxury complex that included hotel facilities, restaurants, casino, spa, swimming pools, theaters, boutiques and a beach club with services, covering an area of 49,127 m² and 21,275 m² of terraces and outdoor areas. This stage included the execution of the hotel, casino, convention center, amenities and services, as well as the foundations of the first tower.

Our work was divided into two stages: pre-construction and construction and post-construction.

During the pre-construction stage, we coordinated the work of the Viñoly studio -in charge of the development of architecture, structure and general facilities- together with other specialists hired by the Cipriani Group, such as geotechnical, sustainability/LEED, roof design, interior design, landscaping and BMS, among others. We focused on achieving an integrated project that met the required quality standards, ensuring smooth coordination between designers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with the consolidated schedule, estimating major deadlines and accompanying the selection process of the main contractor.

In the construction and post-construction stage, we ensure compliance with the highest levels of quality and safety, respect for construction deadlines and concordance between the final investment and the assigned budget. We supervise compliance with the technical, legal, administrative and economic terms of the contracts, ensure efficient communication between all key players and manage the technical signatures required by the competent agencies.

With this project we reaffirmed our capacity to manage large and complex projects, guaranteeing excellence at every stage of the process.
