We carried out the development of the Sleepy Hollow urban project, located in the city of Southpark, Pennsylvania, on a 24-hectare site divided by the street of the same name. The land included 20 hectares to the northeast and 4 hectares to the southeast, where we planned the creation of 104 lots for single-family homes, with large open green spaces and a stormwater detention pond in the southeastern sector.

As part of this work, we performed the site boundary and topographic survey, the preliminary stormwater drainage plans, and the sanitary sewer system design, submitting the corresponding documentation to the local authorities. We also prepared the consolidation and subdivision plats, as well as the layout verification of the existing buildings.

Our team carried out the cost estimation, the street alignment layout, and the layout of the residential lots, ensuring a comprehensive design that combined functionality, aesthetics, and respect for the environment.
