At CSI we carried out the supervision of site infrastructure works for the new private residential development Parque Miramar – La Reserva, located in Canelones, Uruguay. The project, developed under the Horizontal Property regime, covered a 3.5-hectare site with 31 residential lots distributed along a 300-meter two-lane main avenue.

Our work included the supervision of:

• Sanitary sewer: networks, pumping station (3 l/s), and 400 m force main.

• Potable water: internal networks and upgrade of the existing network in the area.

• Stormwater drainage: collectors and rain gardens to filter and attenuate runoff.

• Roadways: access roundabout, main street, and sidewalks

• Power supply: substation and distribution network.

• Lighting: roadway, security, and landscape.

• Other utilities: gas, telecommunications, CCTV, and cable.

This project reflected our experience in technical coordination and quality control in residential developments, ensuring that every stage met the highest construction and service standards.
