At CSI we were contracted by the State Commission of Public Services of Mexicali (CESPM), with financing from the North American Development Bank (BDAN), to provide coordination, supervision, and management of the replacement of 2,972 linear meters of concrete sanitary sewer in the Nueva, Baja California, Pueblo Nuevo, and Libertad neighborhoods in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
The objective was to rehabilitate the sanitary sewer network by replacing deteriorated pipelines that had exceeded their service life with new PVC conduits ranging from 8 to 24 inches in diameter. In addition, the project included the reconstruction of household connections linked to manholes and cleanouts.
Our scope included:
Technical review of the project.
Construction oversight at all stages, from supply to installation.
Quality control.
Physical and financial monitoring.
General project management.
With this work, we contributed to improving Mexicali’s sanitary infrastructure, ensuring greater efficiency, durability, and quality of service for the community.
